Use Zoom Workplace (Desktop App) to Authenticate before a session

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to log into Zoom with your Duke Authenticated account by using the Single Sign On (SSO) feature.

Download Zoom Workplace (Desktop App)

Click "Sign in"

Navigate to <https://duke.zoom.us/>

If prompted, log in with your Net ID and associated password

Logging in online will also confirm your Duke account if this is your first time using Zoom at Duke.

Scroll down to the Download section of the footer and click "Meetings Client"

Find the version of "Zoom Workplace" (formerly the Desktop App) that works for your computer and click the "Download" button

Open the downloaded installation package on your computer and follow the prompts to install Zoom Workplace on your computer.

Open your **Zoom Desktop Client**

Click "Sign in with SSO" or the SSO icon

Enter "duke" in the Company domain field and click "Continue"

You are now logged into Zoom and can join sessions by clicking links or opening meetings in Workplace
