Click "Sign in"

Log in with your Duke NetID and Password, if prompted to do so

Click "Profile"

Scroll down to the "Sign In" section

Click the "Sign Me Out From All Devices" button

Click "OK" to confirm you want to sign out of all devices

You can now log back in and attempt to join the session
