Guide for Managers - Assigning and Viewing a RAA Certification Track in the LMS

This document guides managers in assigning and viewing an RAA certification in the LMS. As a reminder, the RAA Onboarding Certification and RAA Industry Onboarding Certifications are open. All other RAA Certifications cannot be opened in the LMS until the associated Onboarding Certification is complete.

Click here.

Click "My Team"

Click "Assign Learning"

Click "Add to plan"

Click "Filters"

In the **Type** filter field, use the drop-down to select **Certification.**

Click the "Title" field.

Click here.

While a due date is not required, managers are strongly encouraged to set due dates that align with the employees offer letters. If managers do not select a start date, the default days to complete the certification is set at 300.

Click here.

Click "Apply"

Click here.

The certification type and the completion date is the same for all selected employees. You will need a new transaction for employees with different certification tracks and/or completion dates.

Click "Add to plan"

An error message will display if an employee has not completed the Onboarding Certification.

Click "OK"

Employee Viewing Certification Added By Manager

Click "MY PLAN"

Employees will see details about the added certification including the due date if entered. They can begin registration by selecting **Register.**

Once an employee registers, certifications will display as In Progress Learning on the LMS Home Page.

Check Employees Progress

Click here.

Click "My Team"

Click "Katherine Norris"

The selected employee's learning status is displayed. Select **View Details** for additional information.
