Guide to Logging into the Perfect Management Systems

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating a database and user account in Perfect Management Systems. It explains how to log in as a user or an administrator, troubleshoot errors, and log out of your user account.

There are two types of Login for Perfect Management Systems - Login as a User: This is recommended for your staffs. You don't need to share your database password with your staffs. Though you will need to share your database name with them, so we know what database they are logging into. Then they can login using the database name, their username, their password. - Login as an Administrator: Login using your database name and database password. This is only recommended for the administrator or owner of the business. (Skip to Step 3 for instruction)

If you are a staff, you can login using your company database name, your user name and your password. - Make sure you can see the I am a User displayed. - Then enter your company database name - Enter your user name - Then enter your password Click "LOGIN" and wait for a bit. - It might take a few seconds to fetch your business data from the server, if its the first time you are using your device to login to the database.

If you get an error: - It might be that your business have not bought a License (Standard or Subsidized). If you are using a free account or an offline license, then your database is not in the cloud but is only on your local computer. Hence you can only login as an Administrator.

Congratulations!!!. You Logged in.

Click on the toggle to switch to Administrator Mode. Then enter your database name and your database password. Then click on Login.

If you get an error: - Please check that your database name and database password is correct. the database name and password are case sensitive. - You can only login to your database on the system and platform you created the account if you don't have a license or using the offline license. To login from another device, you would need to purchase a standard or subsidized license.

Then enter your user name and password to login to your user account.

Congratulations!!!. You are logged in.

How to Log out from your User Account

Click the top right power button to log out of your user account.

Click "CONFIRM" and take note of your user account details

Then you can close the application
