Guide to Obtaining Shipping Labels & Managing Order Fulfillment

Here's how to benefit from discounted shipping rates from our logistics partner and print labels straight from the Vendor Portal.

Navigate to [https://portal.knifeshift.com/dashboard](https://portal.knifeshift.com/dashboard)

Click "Fulfillments"

Select all items you intend to fulfill and ship together for an order.

After selecting the items, click "Print Shipping Label."

Fill out the "Length" field for the package you intend to pack the order's items in. (e.g., poly-mailer, cardboard box, etc.) Note: Check that the correct units of measurement are selected.

Fill out the "Width" field for the package you intend to pack the order's items in. (e.g., poly-mailer, cardboard box, etc.) Note: Check that the correct units of measurement are selected.

Fill out the "Height" field for the package you intend to pack the order's items in. (e.g., poly-mailer, cardboard box, etc.) Note: Check that the correct units of measurement are selected.

Fill out the "Weight" field for all items + the packaging material that will be shipped for the order you are fulfilling. Note: Check that the correct units of measurement are selected.

Advance to the Next Page.

Complete the form using the address that you are shipping the order from.

Click the "Next" button. Complete the form with the address that you are shipping the items to. Click the "Get Rates" button.

Choose from one of the shipping rates displayed. These rates from major carriers benefit from significant discounts off retail counter price at Shipping providers. The price of the label will be deducted from any earnings payouts for merchandise sales.

Click "Print Shipping Label" IMPORTANT NOTE: Your browser may mark the label download as a pop-up and require you to "allow pop-ups" from our vendor portal before the download begins. Check the top of your browser window and the address bar for any notifications like this before attempting to print again.

Exit the Shipping Label form.

After the items are shipped out with the shipping carrier you've selected, update the Fulfillment Status for the order you've processed. Select the relevant items.

Click "Fulfill Selected Items"

Add the "Tracking Number" received from the shipping carrier.

Choose the Shipping Carrier used to ship the order.

Click "Fulfill Items" Your customer will receive an email about their order status so they can monitor delivery.
