Click the "Share Button" on the document you would like to share

Type the email address of the person you would like to share the document with

Click here to add a message to send with the share link (Optional)

Click the "eye" to change permissions

Tip! - Can edit "They are able to make ANY changes to the file and documents (this includes Deleting and moving documents" - Can view " They can only view the file and documents but are unable to make changes" - Can't Download " Unable to download documents or folder and can only View the document"

Change Permission as you prefer

Click "Invite" to send the link
