Go to the Locations page and click '+ Create location'

Click on the arrow to open the type-menu

We begin by creating a B2B customer location

All B2B customers in a country are covered by this option.

Enter a identifiable name for the B2B customer(s)

Select the country in which your B2B customer(s) are located

Click 'Create location'

Your B2B country now appears on your locations list. Click '+ Create location' again

Next, we will show how to create a Retail country

Create a Retail country if you have several retail stores in a country and you don't want to create each of them individually.

Select 'Retail country'

Enter an identifiable name

We suggest that the name includes the country and time period, for example '7 retail stores, France 23/24'

Select the country in which the retail stores are located

Enter the time period

The time period is the reporting period that these retail stores are bound to. For many, this would be the company's financial year. If you open 2 more stores in the next financial year, you can create a new retail country covering the updated number of stores, capacity etc.

Enter the capacity of all the stores in the retail country combined

Enter the avarage time the goods are on the locations and the number of stores in this retail country

Click 'Create location'

Your retail country location now appears in your locations list. Click '+ Create location'

Now, we will show how to create a retail store location

'Retail store' covers a specific retail store with a known address.

Enter an identifiable name of the retail store

Select the country in which the store is located

Enter the total capacity in squaremetres of this store. Capacity covers the total area of the store including storage space

Enter the average time in weeks the goods are in the store

Provide the full adress of the location

Click 'Create location'

Click '+ Create location'

We will now show how to create a final client location

Final Client covers a direct delivery to a specific customer (B2C)

Enter an identifiable name of the final client

Select the country in which the final client is located

Click 'Create location'

Unknown/ex works agreements

If you have clients that pick up goods from your warehouses and transport them to unknown destinations, you select 'Unknown'. And unknown location is already created for you. You can rename it and choose another region than global if you know the goods end up in i.e. Europe or Asia.

Click 'Update location'
