Guide to creating supplier locations

Choose 'Locations' in the top bar. Then click '+ Create location'

Click in the 'Type' field to select a location type

Choose 'Supplier location' in the drop-down menu

Click 'Name'...

...and type the name of your supplier.
Målbar recommends to begin as far back in your supply chain as you can. So if you know some of your tier 2 or even tier 3 suppliers, you should start with these.

Find the country in which your supplier is located
You can search on the country or you can unfold the continents an scroll to the country you're looking for.

Select a country

Select the position of the supplier in the supply chain.
Tier 1 suppliers are suppliers that deliver to you directly. Tier 2 suppliers are your sub-suppliers that deliver to your direct (tier 1) suppliers.

Choose the relevant tier

Click on VAT number

Enter the VAT number of the supplier that you're registering

Provide the specific address of your supplier

Click 'Create location'

You land back on the Loctions page and you can see the supplier location you created in the list. To continue creating supplier locations, click '+ Create location' again.

You can continue this practice with all your suppliers.
When you have registered all the suppliers in your supply chain that you know of and have addresses on, send an email to helpdesk@maalbar.dk
