HLL- Quick Parent Grading in Ignitia

This guide shows parents how to quickly access the iTeach† teacher portal to view and grade student assignments, save login details, and use the grading tools. It highlights where to find assignments needing grading, how to view answer keys, reassign or skip work, and interpret gradebook symbols (red X, yellow triangle, yellow exclamation, green check). Follow it to streamline grading and avoid missed or overdue items.

Welcome to HomeLife Learning. Please navigate to <https://homelifelearning.com/>

Click "PARENT DASHBOARD"

Click HLL "iTeach†/myAssist† Resources"

Click on the iTeach† Teacher Portal

Click the "Don't ask me again" field.

Click "Continue to website" (if you choose to install the extension, then the system will save your credentials for easier access the next time you log in)

Click the "USERNAME" field. Type "firstletteroffirstnamelastname" in all lower case For example: vsmith

Click the "PASSWORD" field & add your password.

Click "READY, SET, LEARN!"

You can see the assignments that need to be Graded in the Assignment Alert box.

Click "the assignment that needs to be graded"

You will see the assignment and the student answers. Click on the Show Answer button and the system will show you the answer key.

Some questions ask you to Click "Show" to see the answer key.

Notice you can re-assign, skip an assignment and update the score.

What do the Symbols in the gradebook mean? Red X = No more attempts left and/or score not passed threshold\ Yellow Triangle = Assignment overdue\ Yellow Explanation Mark = Needs to be graded\ Green Checkmark = Graded/Score pass threshold
