Log into your Skyward Account using this link: <https://skyward.iscorp.com/ANWSpecialEDCoOPKSBusSTS/Session/Signin?area=Home&controller=Administrative&action=Home> **Skyward Login Information** - Your **Skyward username** is your **first and last name in all capital letters**.\ *Example: WHITNEYIKEHORN* - Your **Skyward password** is the **secure password you selected** when your account was created.

Click "Substitute Teacher Report"

Click "Start"

If you have **not yet provided** your ACH (direct deposit) information to the payroll department, you will be required to enter it in this form.
