From the main Dashboard Click "Housekeeping"

Click "Room Assignment"

Click on "Wing"

Select your Property

Click on "Floor" and enter the floor number you want to work with.

Click "Search"

Select the rooms you want to assign, make sure the box is turned blue with a check mark.

Once all the rooms are selected type the name of the GRA

Once the name is entered Click the plus/add button.

The Name will now appear on a gray box, Click the on the GRA name to add all the selected rooms to the employee.

The rooms will now be assigned to the GRA.
