From the out of order screen, select "Future" on status,

Select the room you want to cancel the future status of a room.

Then click on "Submit"

Change the action field to Cancel.

Then click on "Submit"

A pop up screen will appear informing you of the new status of the room, a thumbs up will appear indicating that the transaction was successful.

Click "Ok" to exit.
