From the out of order screen, select "Future" on status,

Select the room you want to place OOO (out of order)

Click "Submit"

Change the action to "Place OOO"

Then enter a reason as to why the room is being placed Out of order.

Then click on "Submit"

A pop up screen will appear informing you of the new status of the room, a thumbs up will appear indicating that the transaction was successful.

Click "Ok" to exit.
