From the main Dashboard select **Housekeeping**

Click on "**Room Status**"

Select the room you are trying to update, Make sure the blue arrow comes up.

Ener your User ID.

Click here

From the Select Update Status drop down, select the new room status.

The room will automatically update to the status selected.
