Navigate to the Haulink App

Click on a project to get started.

Select an assignment to assign a truck, driver, and financing option.

Add your available truck to the assignment. **Your truck insurance and registration must be up to date and approved to show in the list of available truck.

Add the driver of choice for this assignment. **Be sure to add drivers that are up to date.

Select your choice of financing

Select your choice of financing option. **Note the "We pay when paid" means we pay once we get paid by the contractor.

Tap "Assign Driver" to complete your selections.

Go back a page to view your assigned assignments.

Tap "Assigned" to get to your assigned assignments.

To review your selection go into the project by tapping on it.

Tap any assignment you have to view more.

You will see the same option you had earlier and you can make edits at will will the assignment starts.

If you are the driver switch over to driver mode by tapping this icon.

This project is now live so go to your "Live" tab.

Tap on the project to view details and get started.

When you're ready to start tap "Start Job".

Confirm you are ready to get started.

The project is now live. Go ahead when you are ready and tap "Add Load" to start recording loads. **when you start a load you must enter a time for each part of the load.

Enter the tag number.

Enter the weight.

Select available commodity for the load.

Save this info to move on.

For the first load its important to select the accurate date and time. This sets up the entire assignment from here.

Select the date to change it. Otherwise, it should be current.

Select what you need to change it to if you are not using the current date and time.

Then go ahead and confirm the selected time.

Tap "Select time" to continue on.

Tap into the next input to set the associated time.

Fill out the time and select "OK".

Move on by tapping "Set time" till you have gone through all associated inputs.

If you have any comments for dispatch fill them out in the "Comment" section.

Complete the load by tapping "Save".

Now you will see all the loads you have created in sequence. Add as many loads as you have completed. Once finished tap the "Add Tickets and Tags" button to upload images of your freight bill.

Select however you want to upload the image.

Select your image in this case. If you are scanning follow the direction and prompts.

When everything is set. Tap "Finish Job".

Then confirm your are completed.

Sign your freight bill for yourself.

Submit your signature.

We have a notification to have the contractor sign off as well.

If they are available have them sign the signature section. If not, mark with an X. **Be sure to have your paper document signed or your ticket will be rejected.

Once again submit the signature.

Now the job is completed. You can go back to your assignments.

Go to "Completed" to view the completed assignments.

Tap on any job to view the details.

View all the details and even add more documents after the job is completed within this page at the bottom.

Go back to get to home.

If you want you can switch to the hauler side and view the project from there.

Tap "Completed" **Note the project wont show in completed till all assignments are completed

In this case there are open assignments so to view the details you must go to "Assigned"

View details of the assignment and add documents after the job by tapping "Details"
