Each action of change of status on the list of candidates is recorded in the system. At any time, you can verify who, when and what action (related to the change of status) was performed.

Select "Candidates" icon at the Orgaznization level.

Go to the candidate profile by clicking on name or click three dots next to the selected candidate.

While in the patient profile select "Actions" in the upper right corner.

Select "Status history".

In Status history, you can see how the entire patient qualification process went, along with information about the status change, when the status was changed and who performed status change.
