Hold Escrow for a Transaction that Fell Through and then Transfer

Navigate to Brokerage Engine and to the desired transaction.
Update Status of Transaction to "Fell Through Holding Escrow"

Click the "Commission Detail" button.

Click the "Toggle Dropdown" on the "Commission Verified" button.

Click the "Fell Through" option.

Click "OK"

Click "OK"

The transaction will show the Escrow Deposit as Unbalanced

Click "View Details" if you'd like to review the deposit.

The Escrow details will display.

Click "Close"

The Status of the Transaction will display as "Fell Through Holding Escrow".
Transfer Escrow Deposit

Click "Reopen" to Transfer the Escrow Deposit to a new Transaction

Click "OK"

Click "Transfer Escrow"

Use the dropdown menu to select a new Transaction to transfer Escrow.

Click "Transfer"

Click "OK"

The Escrow Deposit has been transferred.
Update Status of the Transaction to "Fell Through"
