Log into the Tenant Portal

Once logged in, the **Dashboard** will appear

Click on the "**Payment**" icon beside the "**Spanner**" icon on the far top right side

Or click on "**View EFT Profile**" under "**Payment Profile**" on the left navigation

Click on "**View EFT Profile**" under "**Payment Profile**"

Click on the "**Trash**" icon
7
Click on "**Yes, Delete**" to confirm
