How To Access Benchmarking Data in Relate

Sign into the Relate Portal

Select "Benchmarking" on the left menu

Click "Time Frame" and select the appropriate time period to benchmark

Select the Event Filter. This can be filtered by Product, Location or Individual

Select "Benchmarked Against" to compare your results against another product, location or organisation. Once the filters have been set, the page will load and display data accordingly.

The Relate trust index window shows your trustworthiness scores tracked over time vs the organisation as a whole, product or location

Below the index is a graph showing a trend line of your trustworthiness during the set time period.

The Cost of Sales Analysis provides an overview of carbon emitted and unproductive time where inter-city travel is involved.

Click "Relate Trust Index" to ask Sandi questions about your trustworthiness scores. Sandi will use the data range specified by the filters. Clicking on the prompts will autofill the input field.

Click "Product Messaging" to ask Sandi about any product specific questions you may have.

Click "Code of Conduct"Click "Code of Conduct" to ask Sandi about any code of conduct violations or potential issues

Click "Revenue" to ask Sandi questions about revenue. This will require preloaded data in order to give accurate analysis.
