This guide provides essential steps for parents to update their student's cell phone number using the ParentVUE app, ensuring they receive important messages through ParentSquare.

Navigate to the ParentVUE app on your mobile device

If you have multiple students in the district, tap on the student's name you wish to edit.

Tap "Student Info"

Tap "Edit Information"

Find the "Student Phone" section

Update your student's phone number in the "Changed Value" box and make sure that "Student" is selected from the dropdown menu.

Make sure the box is checked next to "Contact Phone"

Alert! A student's phone number *must* be marked as "Student" and the C"ontact Phone" box *must* be checked, or the information will not transfer to ParentSquare.

Click "Save Changes"

Alert! It will take 24-48 hours for your changes to appear in the ParentSquare system once you update ParentVUE
