Open Magnar HCM link and login to your ESS page.

To access the Backoffice, click the settings icon in the top right corner of your screen and select "Go to Payroll."

Click on your organization to navigate to the organization page.

Select "Dimension".

Click the three dots on the right, then select "Edit."

Enter the dimension's name in the "Name" field, then click the blue check mark.

**Name** is the title of the dimension, entered exactly as it appears in your ERP system for accurate mapping.

Repeat the same procedure for the remaining Dimensions.
