Adding users to an evaluation

User permission required: Evaluation admin

Click on the evaluation you want to add the user to

Click on the cog in the top right-hand corner, which says Evaluation Setup

Click "Setup Evaluation"

Click "Participants"

Click on your school.

Click the "Email" field and enter the users email who you want to invite.

Select the role you wish to give them.

Participant Admin - this user will be able to score the evaluation and add other users. Participant Contributor - this user will be able to score the evaluation but not add more users. Participant Reviewer - this user will not be able to score the evaluation but can look at it and the scores given. They can also add comments. They can not add users.

Click on "Add User"

This will then automatically send an email to invite this user to the evaluation.

You can resend the invite by clicking on this button.
