How To Add Your Signature To Your Staff Portal Profile (by yourself)

Log in & access your profile update page

Sign in to your staff portal account (as a teacher, instructor, admin, etc.)

Click on your profile name/photo at the top-left side of your account dashboard

Click "My Profile"

On your profile page, click to switch to the "Edit Profile" tab, and then proceed to scroll down to the bottom of the page
Option-1: Add your live-signature using the online signature pad

Click "Open Signature Pad (Sign Now)"

On the signature canvas rectangular box, click and drag your mouse over to draw your signature.\ \ If you're on a touch-screen device (smartphone/tablet, etc.), you can use your index finger to draw your signature over the screen - on the signature canvas box.

**Optional:**\ If you make a mistake while drawing your signature, you can click the "Clear" button under the canvas box to clear and sign again.

When done, click "Save Signature" and wait for your signature to be exported and saved to your profile.
Option-2: Upload a saved image of your signature

If you rather want to upload an existing image/picture of your signature that is already saved as a file on your device, click the "Upload Signature (Image File)" file field. Proceed to find and select the signature image file from your device to upload it.\ Ensure to click the "Save" or "Update" button afterwards to save changes.
