How To: Add a new activity type

Clubplanner

Click "Settings"

Click "Planner"

Click "Activities"

Click the "+Add"-button to add a new activity type.

Give the activity a name, duration, minimum (optional) and maximum amount.

Click here.

Click the "Max. Number" field.

Give the activity an image. by clicking "Add new image". This will look good in the mobile app.

Click "browse files"

Click "Upload 1 file"

Click "Done"

Edit the"Financial" details of this activity type.

Select how members can book this activity type. 1/ **via "Membership"**: you can select which membership can book it in the tab "Memberships". If you activate the "Credit amount", you can select how many credits will be deducted when a member books this activity. 2/ **via "Club balance"**: users can pay instantly by using Club Balance. Club Balance is money they put on their accountand use to pay at the bar or for an activity. If you activate 'Refund', you can select until which time a member gets his money back when he cancels his activity. 3/ **via "Direct Payment"**: users can pay instantly via the mobile application. They will be redirected to a payment page (Mollie) to pay. *Tip: you can select multiple methods at the same time.*

Click the "Price 1" field to add a price for this activity. You can add 3 different prices in total. While planinng this activity type, you will be able to choose one of these 3 prices.

You can also select the VAT amount.

You can select in which revenue group this payment will be booked.

Now you can select which "Employees" can be assigned to this activirt while planning.

*Tip: we strongly advise to select one or more employees. If everyone can be assigned this activity, you should select all employees.*

Select the "Location" where this activity will take place. *Tip: if you select 0 locations, you will be able to select all the locations while planning.*

You can select which "Memberships" can book this activity type. *Tip: you should activate "Via Membership" booking method in the "Financial" tab to select memberships. See step 13 of this manual.* *Tip 2: if you select 0 memberships, ALL memberships will be able to book this activity.*

Click this checkbox.

Select which "Options" can book this activity.

Click "Statusses"

Click "Add New Statusses +" to add a Status. *Tip: This will give access only to the selected statusses. A status can be assigned to a member.*

Click "Webshop" if you want to sell this activity type in a "Slot Wizard". *Tip: more information about the "Slot Wizard", you will find on the "Planner"-manual*

Click "Save"
