Click "Create New Account"

Click on the "PATIENT Registration" button.

Click "I AM NOT IN EXTREME RISK ×" if this is not an emergency.

Click "GET STARTED NOW ➔"

Click the "Access an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Benefit such as Therapy" field.

Click "CONTINUE ➔"

Click "Select Employer..."

Click on your employer.

Enter your work email address. If you do not have an employer email address, use your email address on file with the your Human Resources department.

Click "Save"

Click "CONTINUE ➔"

Click "CREATE AN ACCOUNT"

Click this text field.

Click "Continue" once all fields are completed.

Click "REQUEST THERAPY ➔"

Click on the person you are seeking services for.

Once all fields are completed, click "Continue"

Complete each section for the filers and click "FILTER & SHOW RESULTS"

Click "TIER 1 PROVIDER RESULTS." If you never intend to use your insurance, you can also select providers from Tier 2.

Click "Request Provider" for any providers that you would like to request. You can select up to 3 providers. Once you have selected the providers, click on the "Submit Request" button. \ \ You will be connected with the first provider that accepts you. That provider will contact you to set up the first appointment
