Click "Sign up" if you do not already have a submittable account.

Enter your email address. Use a personal email and NOT your school email.

Enter your first name in the "First Name" field.

Enter your last name in the "Last Name" field.

Enter a display name in the "Display Name" field.

Click "Continue" to proceed.

Create your password following the requirements. \*BE SURE TO REMEMBER YOUR EMAIL & PASSWORD!

The PEOPLE Program cannot reset your password. If you forget your password, you will need to use the forgot password link and go through the recovery steps to reset it.

Click "Continue."

Enter the student's name; in the "Student Name" field, this should match the student's school records.

Enter the student's legal first name, as listed on the birth certificate, in the "First Name" field.

Enter the student's legal last name, as listed on the birth certificate, in the "Last Name" field.

If the student is a current 9th-grade student, select "yes". Doing so will prompt the next section. *PLEASE NOTE THAT STUDENTS **MUST** BE A TRUE 9TH GRADER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PEOPLE APPLICATION PROCESS.*

Find and select the student's current high school. Selecting a high school will prompt the next section.

Complete ALL sections below: *The student's preferred name refers to the name that the student would like to be addressed as, if different than their government name.*\ \ Please provide us with the email address you are most responsive to.

Enter the student's mailing address.

Complete the ethnicity and race information; doing so will prompt the next section.

Complete the Gender information; doing so will prompt the next section.

Complete the parent/guardian information for the student's **primary** parent/guardian in the fields below.

If you wish to do so, you may enter information for an additional parent/guardian below.

You must select the 9th-grade report card, 9th-grade attendance report, and meal status option if you would like us to gather this information from the district: doing so will prompt the next section.

The student will need to upload the following documents to proceed: First Quarter Snapshot, Attendance Report, and Completed Alternative Income Form to each section below.
