How To Bulk Import Teachers Using Excel (Spreadsheet) Template

Navigate to your school portal and sign in as admin

Click the "People" menu-group

Click the "Staff / Employees" menu

Click the "Teachers" sub-menu

Click "Bulk Import Teachers"

Click "Download Excel Template" to download the spreadsheet template which should be used to collate and prepare the information of the teachers to be enrolled.

Proceed to use the downloaded Excel Template file to prepare the records of all teachers to be enrolled.

To upload the already prepared teachers list, return to the same page and click the "Select file" button to select the ready-file for upload.

Optionally, you can add default password in the password field. \ This will be default password for each staff account to be created from the upload list.\ Every staff can update their password after they have been registered.\ Each registered staff will receive their login details via the email address associated with their portal account.

Click "Import Staff List".\ \ If everything goes well without any errors in your file, all teachers in the list will be registered successfully.\ \ If the system detects any errors, you will be notified on the screen, with the exact issues detected. Fix the issues reported and re-upload.
