How To Cancel an Application

This guide provides a straightforward process on how to cancel an open application, ensuring users can efficiently manage the items located in their "My Tasks" panel located on the home screen "Dashboard".

Navigate to the home screen "**Dashboard**" by clicking "**Home**" in the top menu.

Scroll down to the "**My Tasks**" panel.

Select the "**Name**" or application ID (ex. PHHS-24-002) of the application you wish to cancel.

The system will navigate you to the document landing page.

In the left menu, scroll down to the "**Status Options**" section.

Click "**Application Cancelled**".

A dialog box will appear asking you cinfirm if you wish to cancel the application. Click "**OK**".

If successful, the "Document Status" should state "**Application Cancelled**".

Navigate back to the home screen dashboard by clicking "**Home**" in the top menu.

The application you cancelled will no longer appear in your "My Tasks".
