Go to your Etsy dashboard

Click "Settings"

Click "Info & Appearance"

Click the "Shop Name" tab

Enter your new shop name here
This icon will appear next to your shop name for the next 45 days. And you can only change your shop name by yourself 5 times. Afterwards, you will need to submit a request to Etsy support if you want to change again,

Click "Save" to change your shop name
