How To Complete Level Change/Mastery Recommendation Form

Download a copy of the Level Change/Mastery Recommendation form from your Starter Pack (under Misc.) and open it.

Fill in the date of assessment and next class, and indicate whether it is within a week.

Enter the student's name, their program, language and level, and the number of remaining instructional lessons.

Indicate what courses they've completed previously with LanguageBird, whether they attend a partner school, and fill in your name.

If leveling down/up, indicate your recommendation.

If not recommending to add mastery lessons, indicate the number of mastery lessons you recommend adding. Think of the minimum number of lessons required to close the knowledge gaps.

Next, refer to the syllabi and list course objectives not attained OR course objectives already attained if leveling up.

Lastly, add your name and date.

When you're all done, please open a [Support Ticket](https://help.languagebird.com/kb-tickets/new) and attach the form. Be as descriptive as possible in your ticket.
