Navigate to <https://forms.veanea.net/view.php?id=1266369> or <https://vea.link/Efv> . Read the Proposal Guidelines.

Select *Yes* to indicate that you understand the Proposal Guidelines.

Enter your personal email address.

Review the Proposal Outline and Selection Criteria (Mini-Grant Scoring Rubric).

Click the icon below to download the Mini-Grant Scoring Rubric.

Select *Yes* to indicate that you understand the Proposal Outline and Selection Criteria.

You can select the *Save my progress and resume later* button to return to the application at a later time. Enter your email address to receive a link to resume your application progress. Click *Save form and resume later*.

Click *Continue*.

Enter the amount of funding you would like to request for your project.

Enter the Project Coordinator's (your) name.

Select your local association from the drop-down menu.

Enter the best phone number to contact you.

Enter your personal email address.

Enter your home address.

Enter the name of your school/workplace site.

Enter your school/workplace site phone number.

Enter the address for your school/workplace site.

Select to whom you would like your mini-grant check be made payable and where you would like the check to be sent.

Enter the name of your local president (if applicable).

Enter the name of your school division superintendent.

If you will have team members for your project, select *Yes*. Enter your team members' names and email addresses below. *Please note that all team members must also be VEA members.*

Click *Continue*.

The next page is where you will download the mini-grant application and have the opportunity to view the mini-grant rubric again.

Click MINI-GRANT APPLICATION in blue text to download the application. Select CLICK HERE in blue text to download the Mini-Grant rubric.

Click *Continue*.

Review your proposal and complete the checklist below.

Please verify that your proposal, if funded, would be approved by your school division by checking the acknowledgement below.

Click *Select Files* to upload your Mini-Grant Application.

Click *Continue*.

Review the information you entered into the application.

Once you have finished reviewing your information, click *Submit*.

You will see the following window appear after you submit your application. You should receive a submission confirmation email within 48 hours from [no-reply@veanea.org](mailto:no-reply@veanea.org). Reminder: If your proposal is funded, you will be notified by October 10th, 2025.
