How To Complete Weekly Fire Alarm Test

This guide provides a step-by-step process for completing weekly fire alarm tests efficiently and accurately using the Riskbase app. Please use the zoom in and out tools if you require more detail within the images.

Riskbase

Navigate to [https://app.riskbase.uk/](https://app.riskbase.uk/)

Click on your building - if you have not downloaded it please select from the cloud icon in the top right corner

Click "Management Summary"

Select + Create In-House Fire Surveys

Click "Weekly fire panel check and alarm test"

Click "Routine Fire Safety Checks"

Click "Add New"

Select the date of your test

Enter the time of your test

Select the time on the clockface

Add your name or multiple names if you were assisted

Click "Save"

navigate back using the back arrow - be careful not to use your browser navigation arrow or you will lose your data.

Click "Fire Alarm Tests" this will allow you enter data regarding the testing points

Click "Add New"

You can add a photograph here of the box you tested or the area you are testing in.

You can take a live photo (if using a mobile phone or tablet) or upload from your desktop.

Add the test location if necessary

Enter your data

Type "Box number"

Enter your data

Type "Green box number or identifying info"

Click "Save"

Navigate back to the asset and select the 'Weekly Alarm Test' checklist

Click here.

Complete your checklist accordingly

Click the "Remarks" field. Add any comments you have.

If you chose no for any question please add an action" an action sets up a task within the system, this can be customised to suit the issue.

You are not required to fill every field but if you wish to remark on why it is needed enter the information here.

Select the location of the issue.

Save your action.
