Open Magnar HCM link

Click on the top left of the screen.

Go to "ESS Services"

Go to "Hiring Request"

Click on "New"

Enter the "Title" of the request.

Select the "Project" if the requested job is associated with a specific project.

Select the hiring priority.

Enter the "Due Date" to specify the deadline for acquiring new employees.

Select the Job or Position required.

Select the "Department"

Enter the Contract Start and End dates.

Enter the "Minimum Years of Experience".

Select the Gender (Optional).

Enter the number of Vacancies for this job.

You can also upload an attachment.

You can also add the "Job Description".

Click "Submit"
