Pipelines are how you keep track of your leads in Nutshell. They're highly customizable, so you and your team know exactly what to do to move leads toward a sale. Learn how to create a pipeline in seven easy steps in our **self-guided tour**.

Click "Settings"

Under your Automation, click on 'Pipelines.'

Click "+ Add new pipeline"

Name your pipeline and click 'Create pipeline.'

Select 'Add stage' to start building your pipeline.

On the popup, you can: - Name the pipeline stage - Provide stage guidance or a description for your reps - Set a confidence level for leads that enter the stage - Create a timeline for when leads in the stage become overdue - Decide when leads in the stage automatically close and create an outcome Click 'Add' when you've set up the stage.

You can then add rules for the pipeline stage, including: - User assignments - Stage goals - Tasks - Email drip sequences - Personal email sequences - And more! Select '+Add new stage' to keep adding pipeline stages.

You can also provide follow-through guidance for your team once a lead has moved out of the pipeline. Create tasks, automatically change the company type, and set drip sequences to send once a lead has been won, lost, or canceled.

All your pipelines are located on the pipeline page for easy access whenever you need to change them! And Nutshell Pro, Business, and Enterprise customers can create multiple pipelines to organize different types of leads.
