How To Create A "PERSON" Asset In Tillex

This guide explains how to add an asset (such as a person) into the Tillex Administrator Role. After that, follow the guide on how to make this asset available in the Sales Catalogue, for example; sell event tickets.

In the Tillex Partner Center, select "Administrator".

Select "Assets".

Click "+" to reveal Asset Classes.

Create a "Name" (e.g. Speaker). *Tip: edit the colour (e.g. red) to make it easy to find in the epos.*

On the "Type" tab, select "Person".

In "Assets" tab, click on the "+" to add your first person ("People Asset").

Either search for a person already registered in Users Groups & Accounts (or click on the pencil to create one) and, if more than one store, define their location.

Add an image of the person if required.

Click "+" to create a "Schedule" for **this person only** (e.g. they only work weekdays). Also check/uncheck relevant boxes: - exclude public holidays - *do they work?* - notice *- how many hours up to their event can you buy a ticket?* - horizon *- can you book them hours/days or weeks/months in advance?*

Leave "Create Calendar Range" blank **for this person** if you prefer to set it at top level e.g. *ALL speakers share a common schedule... weekdays only.* Or, set an Event Calendar in the Sales Catalogue e.g. *Every Monday (7pm instore and online), Cheese + Wine Tasting.* For more info, view: *Tillex calendar range - explained.*

"Annie Penn" is the first person stored in the list of "People Assets". Add more people. Click "Save".

Tip! Another example of a Class of Asset involving people would be a Therapist. This could include a list of individuals who provide their time and professional skills, such as a psychotherapist, beautician, or similar service provider.

And "People Assets" are stored in "Asset Classes" called "Speaker".
