Shipwise

Locate your order on the Shipments tab in the ShipWise WebApp: <https://app.shipwise.com/shipments>

Select the down arrow to open the order details.

Click "Create Order"

Select the Return Service Shipping Method.

For this example we will Use: "U11R: UPS Ground Returns"

Click "Select A Profile"

Click "Production Shipping"

Click "Submit Orders"

Click "Orders"

Click "Last 2 Years (Maximum)"

Click "Today"

Click "Apply Filters"

Select your order

Confirm your address is correct.

Ensure the correct return service is selected.

For this example we are using "U11R: UPS Ground Returns"

Click "Rate"

Click "Ship"
