Navigate to workshops.uncg.edu<https://workshops.uncg.edu/event/spartanmart-contract-request-form-virtual-workshop-5/>

Click New Click "Event"

Click the "Add title" field.

Edit Event Date and Time

Update Venture Field Click "Teams Meeting (Link will be sent via confirmation email.)"

Click "Configure Virtual Event"

Click the "Video" field. Paste in Teams Meeting Link from Outlook Calendar

Click "Create or Find an Organizer"

Click the URL Field and Paste in Teams meeting link

Click here to create tickets so campus users and RSVP to your workshop event.

Click "New RSVP"

Name the ticket: RSVP Ticket. Click the "Description:" field. Add a description for the Ticket, like the name of the Workshop.

Click the "End sale:" date Field. Usually you can let people get tickets up to 30 mins past start time.

Click the "Capacity:" field. Enter the max amount of People you want to be able to sign up for this workshop. Usually a good number is 25 or less for workshops shorter than 2 hours. You want to ensure you have a chance to get thru your Training material and have time for questions.

Click the "Can't Go:" field. so people can let you know if they can no longer go if they already RSVP.

Click "Attendee Information"

Usually its a good Idea to require email address field when someone registers.

Click the "Required" to make it a required field.

Click the "Save this fieldset for use on other tickets?" field. if you want to be able to use it for other events.

Click this text field. Enter "Email"

Enter in a key word for this. In this Example for this contracts training, the keyword is "contract"

Preview how this will look on Mobile or Desktop

Click the "Feature Event" field.

Select or Upload your Workshop Image

Select all of the Event Categories you would like your event to appear in.

Examples are like Emarketplace, Finance, Contracts & Grants, Purchasing, SpartanMart and workshops.

Review the Preview to make sure it looks like you want it to be.

Check to make sure the RSVP Ticket is visible if you want to control how many people can register for your Workshop Event.

Check to make sure the Teams Meeting link is visible.

Check to make sure the Add to Calendar button is visible.

Double Check that the Teams meeting link is also visible here.

Click back on the Edit workshop tab

View your Workshop, and I usually suggest you register to ensure that people can register for your event and add it to their calendars. You have officially learned how to create and post Workshop Events using Wordpress.
