Click "Events"\ To enable your Events module, contact your Account Manager

Click "Create New Event"

Fill out the Event Details including: 1. Event Name 2. "Areas of Interest": are customizable values you can set for attendees to choose their interested areas on their RSVP 3. Event Image 4. Location Details 5. Date and Time Detials Optional: You can also choose to make an internal event by choosing to hide from your Public Events Page, and also add Internal Tags for reporting purposes

Fill out your Event Description\ \ Eqo has pre-drafted event details, but you can choose to edit as needed When all event details are drafted, hit "Create"

The "copy" icon on the event will open up the event page RSVP URL

The RSVP page for the event will allow attendees to sign-up to attend

The RSVP link to the event will ask attendees for their contact information and the corresponding "Area of Interest" (that you tagged on the event) and "How did you hear about this event"? to help collect source data for you to report on.

Click "Manage Event" to view or edit event details

Click "Edit Event" to edit details\ \ You can will also be able to see Registration List details and check off attendees onsite at the event to monitor attendance.

To cancel an event, click "Cancel Event"

Download the RSVP list before you "confirm cancellation" \ \ All RSVP'd attendees will receive a notification that the event has been cancelled.

You can also access the "Check-In page" for day of the onsite event. Attendees can also check-in using this link, which will check them off in your Registration List.
