Navigate to [https://kwindoo.com/](https://kwindoo.com/)

Click "Start Free" to create a new account or log in

Fill out the "Email" and the "Password" fields

Click "Create Account"

Fill out all the fields with your data. If you are a racer, choose "Watch & Race". If you want to organize regattas, choose "Organize"

Click "Complete Setup"

Select all interests that may apply for your situation and click "Continue"

Upload your profile photo here and click "Continue"

Choose an upcoming regatta or click "Start Exploring"

Browse events or click "Complete Profile"

Click "Create Event"

Fill out the "Event name" and "Event date" fields and click "Continue"

Fill out the required fields then look up your homeport address in the search bar

Click "Continue"

Upload your event logo and event cover photo, if you have any

Click "Create Event"

Click "Race manager" to see your races

You must have an active subscription to set up your race. Contact us for a custom quote or...

You can send us a message here, we reply in 24 hours

...or click on your name and then on "My profile"

Click "Billing"

See, you are in the Free plan now, only eligible for self-tracking in our Tracking app and join existing races

But you can claim your trial event: Click "Flex"

Select your existing regatta in the search bar

Click "Buy Flex pass"

See? Free first event redeemed - now you can set up your course! (Instead of the the Flex trial event, you can subscribe to our Club Pass plan. That also starts with a 30 day trial so you can discover what KWINDOO offers.)

Now let's go back to "My Events"

Click your event

Click "Race Studio"

This is the Race Studio: you can edit your races and courses here.

Click "Start" to drop the start line

Drag & drop the ends of the start line to set them in the correct position. You can always adjust them later.

On the left side bar you can switch to satellite mode

Click "Drop mark" to drop a rounding mark.

Drag & drop to adjust it

You will see the distance from the start line

Drop another mark

Adjust it by drag & dropping

Drop the finish line

And adjust the positions of the ends of the finish line

If you click on a mark, you can change its color, shape

You can add the exact GPS coordinates - in DD, DMS or DDM system, choose which one suits you

Close the mark editing panel

To adjust the itinerary, you can click on each mark in the right panel

And choose the rounding direction

Ready? Click "Publish" to make your course available for your racers and viewers!

Now your racers and viewers will see the updated course on the tracking app and web view. If it's a race already finished, the leaderboard will be recalculated according to the updates.
