Magnarsystems

Open Magnar HCM link and login to your ESS page.

To access the Backoffice, click the settings icon in the top right corner of your screen and select "Go to Payroll".

Go to "Setup" and click on "Profiles"

Regular Profile

The 'Regular' profiles are used exclusively for standard payroll runs, including Payroll Generation and Periodic Movements.

Click on "New".

Select the "Employee Type"

Enter the "Name" and "Description" of the profile.

The selection on the left represents the available elements, while the selection on the right determines their order within the profile.

Select the element.

Select their order in the profile.

Click the "+" button to add the element.

**The ordering of elements within the profile is a critical step.**\ **Elements that depend on other elements must be positioned after the elements they rely on.**\ **For example, if Element A + Element B = Element C, the correct order should be:** - **Element A: 1** - **Element B: 2** - **Element C: 3**

Click "Save" to create the profile.

Off-Cycle Profile

**To create Off-Cycle profiles, follow the same procedure used for Regular profiles.**\ **The key difference is that Off-Cycle profiles are used for specific processes, including 'Off-Cycle Periodic Movement', 'Employee Exit', and the 'Off-Cycle Leave Process Wizard'.**
