How To Delete Patient Project Data In Brim Analytics

This guide provides instructions on how to permanently remove specific patient documents and structured data from your Brim Analytics projects. Follow these steps to either remove all documents in a project or a specific patient's documents.

Brimanalytics

Navigate to your Project in Brim

Click "Settings"

Click "Manage Project"

Scroll to Administrative Actions at the bottom, where the dropdown lets you delete the entire project, documents, structured data, or validation data.

Select your choice and then click Go. This will open more options.

Here you have the option to "Delete all documents" in the project or to "Delete documents for a specific patient." Click "Delete documents for a specific patient"

Click the "Type to search for patient MRN(s)..." field.

Click the MRN of the patient whose documents you'd like to delete.

Click the "Type the phrase below to confirm deletion:" field.

Click "Confirm Deletion"

Click the "Type the phrase below to confirm deletion:" field.

Type the phrase to confirm deletion.

Click "Confirm Deletion"

Click "Close"

If you'd like to delete structured data select the "Structured Data" option.

Click "GO"

You will have the options to delete all structured data or structured data specific for a patient.

Click "Delete all structured data in this project"

Click the "Type the phrase below to confirm deletion:" field.
