How To Download & Print The Filled Work Permit Application Form

This guide shows how to download and print the filled work permit application in order to print, sign and re-upload to complete the submission of a Work Permit application.

On the dashboard, select the "Pending Submission" bucket to view all applications which have not been submitted.

NOTE: Applications with Pending Submission state means the application was completed but have not been submitted yet. At this stage, the application usually has two (2) additional sections at the bottom of the application (After the Summary Section): "Signed Supporting Document" and "Terms & Conditions"

Once open, you may filter the Reference No. column to show the most recent work permit first. This is done by clicking the arrows at the side of the column's name.

You may filter any column to show most recent applications first by simply clicking on the arrow

Click on the application reference number link to open the pending work permit application.

Download the filled application form

Navigate to the section "Supporting Signed Documents"

Once open, select "CLICK HERE to download the Application" hyperlink in red.

The application form should open in a new tab to be viewed and printed.

Once printed and signed by Employee and Employer, scan and upload the application form to the section "Supporting Signed Documents". Click the attachment slot to upload the file.

Once the file is attached and uploaded successfully, click "Save" at the bottom right of the section.

Navigate to the "Terms and Conditions" section and tick all conditions listed.

Click "Save & Submit" to submit the work permit application.

The processing status of the work permit application will change to "Pending Payment". The applicant can then proceed to pay and submit to complete submission of the application.
