How To Enroll A Student In Your School Portal (single registration method)

Click the "People" menu-group

Click the "Students" menu

Click the "Enroll Student" sub-menu

Click to switch to the "Enroll a Student" tab

Select the guardian/parents (if already added)

Click the "Select Guardian/Parents" box to check if the student's parents have earlier been registered on the portal. \ If yes, the select the guardian/parent(s).\ If no, then proceed to add their information.

Add the guardian/parents (if not already added)

Click "Add the Guardian / Parents \ (If not already registered)"

Provide the father's information, if available, in the father's details section.\ \ If the father's information is not available, then click the "Remove Father" button.\ \ *(Note that you need to add at least one parent or guardian to be linked to the student)*

Next, provide the mother's information, if available, in the mother's details section.\ \ If the mother's information is not available, then click the "Remove Mother" button.\ \ *(Note that you need to add at least one parent or guardian to be linked to the student)*

Click "Save" to add the guardian/parents details you provided

Provide the student's basic bio-data

Once the guardian/parents information are added, ensure they are selected, and then click "Next".\ \ Next, input the basic bio-data of the student in the input fields provided

Optionally, click "Use Temporary Email Address" to generate and use a temporary email address for the student (if the student has no real email address)

Add Student Photo (optional)

Click "New Photo"

Use the "Camera" option to snap a live photo of the student or click "Select from file" to upload a pre-saved picture of the student

Zoom and place the image properly in the space provided and click "Ok"

Click "Next"

Select Academic Enrollment Options

In the next section, select the academic session the student is being enrolled into, the class & class arm, and other academic details.

Click "Next"

Provide Additional Profile Information

Provide additional information about the student - Date of birth, Religion, Nationality, Address, etc.

Click "Register Student"
