Warning! Before you can sign up to volunteer at events, you must complete **three mandatory courses** and upload your certificates to Team Kinetic: - SMG Introduction - SMG Safeguarding (must be completed annually) - ACT Training Certificate

Log into **PULSE** via www.scotiamedicalgroup.org.uk/login

When logging into to PULSE use your Scotia Medical Group Microsoft account

Click "**My Training Dashboard**" to access all Scotia Medical Group courses.

Click the required course, in this example we'll be following "**SMG Introduction"** but the process is the identical for the "**SMG Safeguarding**" course too.

Tip! The "**ACT Awareness**" & "**Naloxone Training**" courses are slightly different from the steps below as they are externally provided training courses, full guidance on how to access and complete is shown after you click "**ACT Awareness**" or "**Naloxone Training**".

Click "**Enroll to course**"

Once you've enrolled click "**Play course**"

Complete the learning, there is navigation buttons near the bottom of each screen

Once you have completed the learning and quiz click "**Go to the next step in the Course**"

Then Click "**Exit. Back to the course**"

Now we need to download your certificate to then upload it to Team Kenitic

Click the "**Download icon**" here,
