Once you get your Welcome Email from ArbiterSports, it will direct you to their website. <https://www.arbitersports.com/>

Click "SIGN IN"

Click "SIGN IN NOW." Also note that ArbiterSports does have an app but the desktop version works better for the initial registration.

Click the "Email" field

Enter the email that you provided to us earlier.

Click the "Password" field and create a unique password that you can remember.

Click "Sign in"

This will bring you to the main ArbiterSports Dashboard. If you work for multiple associations, they will be listed here. Our Association is the Central Lakes Hockey Referees.

Click "My Account"

Here is your main page where you can see your upcoming games.

If you've created an account for your son or daughter, you will want to update their referee information here.

Birthdates are important, so that we know which age levels you can officiate.

Click "Add Email" if there's a second user on your account. For parents we highly encourage you to enter your email on the account as well.

Double check both emails because New Games Assignments are delivered to this email.

Click "Add Phone" if there's a second user on your account. For parents we highly encourage you to enter your phone number on the account as well.

Double check both phone number because if your partners or the association needs to get ahold of you we can. Finally, double check your address.

Click "SCHEDULE" to view your game assignments that you need to accept or have already accepted.

Select 'Accept' or 'Decline' for specific assignments. Click 'Submit' when finished. If you select Game, you can view who your partners will be for your upcoming assignments. Pay extra attention to the "Site" column because it will tell you which specific rink you are working.

Click "BLOCKS" to update your calendar.

Click the "Block All Day" field. Now you are ready to block any dates that you can NOT officiate.

Look through your game calendar, family calendar, work calendar and block all future conflicts.

If you have a game in the morning but can officiate that night, please Click the "Block Part Day" field.

Click "26" if that's the specific date you can only work a partial day.

Now select the time range that you can NOT work.

Select the "7:00 PM" option.

Click the "Block All Day" field.

If you know that you are never available during the week. This is how you block a certain Date Range and it will block the entire hockey season.

Uncheck Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Click "Apply" and now every weekday throughout the hockey season has been blocked and you will show up as unavailable to ref during the week.

If the dates below are red, that means you are blocked.

If the dates below are blue, that means you have a game that day.

Click "Travel Limits" to tell us how far you are willing to drive to officiate a hockey game. The greater the distance, the greater the game count. =)

If your travel limits are different during the week. Select the specific date you want to limit your driving.

Enter the distance you are willing to travel.

You can enter your work postal code or your home postal code.

If you can travel further on weekends, please update those travel limits as well.

Increase your distance to 100 and Click "Apply"

Click "Officials: CLHRA" and here is where you find all or your referee partners and their contact information.

Click "Forms" and here is where we find our pay rates and our CLHRA AD Check In Email.

Click "Schedule" if you're looking for anything in the past. Maybe you need to track down which games you worked last month, so that you can get paid.

Select a Date Range for what you're looking for.
