How To Manually Issue Badges In Credly

This shows how to manually upload a list of learners who need their credential after completing an in person activity. Since Credly issues based on template ID, multiple credentials can be issued on the same spreadsheet.

Credly

Navigate to [https://www.credly.com/users/sign_in](https://www.credly.com/users/sign_in)

Click "Sign In"

Click "Badges"

Click "Issue" to bulk issue for in person activities.

Credly provides a CSV template for uploads so be sure to download the template.

Fill out the template with the required information. The only required fields are "badge template ID", "recipient email", "issued to first name", "issued to last name" and "issued at".

To find the badge template ID, click on the badge in question.

You will find it at the top of the badge template page.

Once you have filled out the CSV file and saved it to your computer, click on "Upload CSV"

Check all the settings and then click "issue"
