Log in using your username and password.
Download Membership Listing

Click "Membership Listings"

Search "By Client" or "By Group"

Select Report Date

Click "Download Excel Report". Use spreadsheet to locate clients by name, SSN, or address.
Find a Member

Click "Manage Eligiblility"

Click "Update Enrollment". This is where you can search for an existing member and alter coverage if needed.
Add New Subscriber

Fill out subscriber information.

Reinstate Subscriber and/or Dependent
If subscriber and/or dependents have been termed for more than 60 days, you will not have the option to reinstate via the Employer Portal. Those members will need to be sent to Delta Dental of Kentucky's membership department at membership@deltadentalky.com.
Rehires cannot be reinstated. They must be entered as a new subscriber.
