Navigate to our Login page: <https://opalpackagingplus.com/customer/account/login/> Fill in your login details and click the "**SIGN IN**" button. You'll then be redirected to My Dashboard page.

On My Dashboard page, click the "**My Catalogue**" menu on left-hand side below the Opal logo to view the list of contracted products we have for you.

Once you found the product(s) you wish to buy, click the **+** or **-** icons to adjust the product/pack quantity, and then click the "**ADD TO CART**" button. Repeat the same on other product you wish to order.

You can also type the product SKU/name into the search bar next to Opal logo at the top left-hand side, then click the relevant product from the search result to view the product page.

On the product page, you can view the product's stock/availability above the product's price: - **In Stock** - means we have the stock available - **Available** - means we don't currently have stock but your can back-order this with the lead time indication on the page Click the "**ADD TO CART**" button to add the product to your cart.

Once added all the product(s) you need, click the blue cart icon on top right-hand side to view the cart page.

You'll be redirected to the cart page. Click the quantity field to change the number and hit enter on your keyboard, or use the "**+**" or "**-**" buttons to adjust.

You can browse around to add any other products to your cart, or if you're ready to checkout, click the "**PROCEED TO CHECKOUT**" button.

On the checkout page no. **1 Delivery Details** step, ensure the delivery address dropdown has the correct address, or you can select other address (if you have more than one saved in your account) by clicking the dropdown purple button.

If you can't see the correct delivery address, please contact our OPP Ecommerce team via Online Chat (purple chat icon on the bottom right-hand side) or email at [oppecommerce@opalanz.com](mailto:oppecommerce@opalanz.com) to request the addition.

Scroll down the page and put in your delivery instruction (if any) in the "**Delivery Instructions**" field. Click the "**CONTINUE TO REVIEW & PAYMENT**" button to go to the payment step.

On the checkout page no. **2 Review & Payment** step, select your payment method either "**Credit card**" or "**Pay on Account**" (if applicable).

If the "**Pay on Account**" payment option isn’t visible, click the "**Apply here**" link to register your interest in opening a credit account. After submitting the form, we’ll send you another form to review and sign to complete your application. Once approved, the "**Pay on Account**" option will be available to select for future orders.

Type in your purchase order number (if applicable) in the "**Purchase order No.**" field.

Click the "**PAY SECURELY NOW**" button to complete your order.

You'll be redirected to an order success page with the summary of your purchase. An order confirmation email will also be sent to your email address.
