How To Pay Permit Fees Online

On the Permit Portal Home page go to your Account by Clicking "My Account"

On your dashboard under "Action Required" you can see if any submitted permits have a Balance Due. To see the details Click "Pay balance due for\ Permit Fees

This will take you to the Payments Shopping Cart "Payments Due" tab This lists all outstanding fees. Each fee displays: - Fee name - Due date - Record number (clickable) - Record type (e.g., building permit) - Address - Total amount due This info can be filtered by department or project

You can pay all fees due by Clicking "Top Check Box" This will select all Payments due.

If the payment made is for only a specific permit on the list you cand Click the checkbox next to that permit.

Once all fees that are to be paid is selected Click "Pay"

This will open up a window where you can select the payment Type If you are paying with Check or Cash:\ • You can bring payment into City Hall and pay at the counter\ • Mail a Check to-PO Box 970, Newberg OR. 97132\ There is no need to contact us.

Once Payment Type is Selected Click "Pay Now"

To view and print a receipt of payment go to the "History" Tab In this tab you can view all payments made To Review the Receipt Click "the down arrow icon" of the payment you need a receipt for on the list

This will open up another Window with the Receipt. This can be Printed off or saved as a PDF.

You can also get to the Payment Cart from the Dashboard from the left hand menu by Clicking "Payments"

This takes you to the two Tabs\ \ "Payments Due" & "History"
