How To Perform Clause Analysis in Contracts AI

Click on the contract that you would like to send to Contracts AI.

Click "Clause Analysis"

Click "Send to Contracts AI"

Click "View Clause Analysis Results"

A pop up will show you the AI analysis using the Standard clause and it will extract the clause found in the contract from the AI Learning.

If the clause is not found in the contract submitted, there will not be an extracted clause listed.

Click the compare icon to see the clause comparison in more detail.

In this view you will see items in Red that do not exist in the extracted clause but are in the standard clause. Items in Green are in the Extracted clause.

A score is generated based on what percent it matches your standard clause for that contract type. Contracts AI has the ability to export your comparison. To view this Click "Export to excel"

Export to Excel will show you the Standard Clause and the Extracted Clause. If the contract does not have the standard clause term in the contract, the extracted clause area will be blank.

You can view all of your standard clauses in the Contract Clause Library. Click "Clause Library"

Clauses are saved to a word document.

Contracts AI allows you to send more than 1 contract at a time to analyze.

Click Send to Contracts AI. This will send all contracts selected to Contracts AI. You will be able to see the results on each contract record.
